Special conditions
If you need the cyclorama or a color other than white, additional $ 500 fee will be charged.
Before leaving, the client is responsible for inventory control, along with the attendant.
We ask that you give us specific needs in writing at least 48 hours in advance. (Example: Cyclo another color than white, catering service or make-up service ...)
Insurance
Photo Service includes full insurance for the duration of the contract.
Photo Service shall not be responsible for breakage or flights operated on its premises for the facilities of a third party.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of any repairs that need to be carried out due to bad treatment of the facilities.
Booking and cancellation
The more you book in advance, the better for your project. The reservation implies full payment of your rental. Without this there is no reservation.
All cancellations of reservations made more than a week before the scheduled rental date of the studio may be reimbursed in full. If you cancel within a week of the scheduled rental date, we may evaluate to reserve you another date, but the first measure is that you lose your reservation and full payment.
Overtime and any other accommodation costs will be charged a maximum of 15 days after the rental day. We reserve the right to require a deposit before the event to pay for any additional costs. Overtime will be billed at $ 35 / hour to $ 50 / hour.
*The conference room can be rented on Sundays.
